The Ballston Area Seniors host monthly dances on the second Saturday evening of the month from 7-10 pm at the Milton Community Center, 310 Northline Road. Admission is $5. All dances are open to the public. Music provided by: The Spurs USA Band (Feb. 14, Aug. 8), Vintage Country Band (March 14, April 11, July 11, Oct. 10) and Peaceful Country Band (May 9, Sept. 12, Nov. 14, Dec. 12).

The Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association presents free outdoor family movies in Wiswall Park on the First Fridays of summer, starting at dusk. June 5 (rain date June 6): Big Hero 6, July 3 (rain date July 10): Paddington, August 7 (rain date August 8): Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day. Free Popcorn and Cotton Candy provided by Northstar Church. Movies in the Park are FREE to the public thanks to sponsorship support.

Rain location: St. Mary's Gymnasium <br />June 13, 3 pm Congress Park, Saratoga Springs: Join us as we help celebrate Saratoga Springs' Centennial. <br />July 2, 6 pm at Wiswall Park as part of the Concerts in the Park Series: A Salute to America! Music to celebrate our country's birthday. Rain Location: Malta Ave School Auditorium <br />July 3 (First Friday) 7 pm, Wiswall Park: Big Band Sound! Featuring the Ballston Spa Community Band Jazz Band. 2015 Concerts in the Park Series (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

The Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association is proud to once again present its free Concerts in the Park series at Wiswall Park on Front Street in the historic village of Ballston Spa. The concert series is known for its diverse line-up of musicians, with this year's schedule showcasing several musical genres, including swing, country, alternative, folk and indie rock, traditional concert band music and a Beatles tribute band. Exhibit: "Oakroom Artists 2015"
National Bottola Museum, 76 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa
The JRM Artists' Space at The National Bottle Museum, Ballston Spa's premiere art gallery, is proud to present "Oakroom Artists 2015", an exhibition by 20 members of the Schenectady based Oakroom Artists. This will be the first major show in the newly remodeled Artists' Space gallery on the second floor of the museum. This show will be on display throughout the Saratoga race season, from July 24 through September 18th, 2015. An opening reception will be held on July 24 from 6-8 pm in the gallery and the public is invited to attend. All sales of art during this show directly benefit the ongoing mission of the National Bottle Museum. The National Bottle Museum is located at 76 Milton Ave, Ballston Spa, NY. The 2015 Ballston Spa Film Festival takes place August 7-8, presenting short films from around the world by both professional and student independent filmmakers. Screenings are free and take place on both nights at Ballston Spa High School auditorium and in Iron Spring Park. Front Street Home, 6 Front Street in Ballston Spa, will be hosting a poster signing with Greg Montgomery on August 16, from 1-3 pm, in honor of the 2015 Saratoga and Travers Poster as well as the unveiling of a Greg's new poster created in honor of the Whitney. This is the first time a poster has been done to honor the Whitney. <br />This is the 30th Saratoga/ Travers poster, part of the longest-running series of its kind. The 2015 Travers poster (and the Saratoga version) was unveiled for the first time at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs on June 13, 2015. The posters are now available at Front Street Home, along with Greg's full series since 1986.

This is a free, family and pet friendly event open to everyone in our local communities. The event is rain or shine, with giveaways, prizes, food, bake sale, pet adoptions and activities for kids! A few of the day's participants include: Eagle Matt Lee Fire Company, Red Dragon Karate School, Ballston Spa Rotary, Saratoga County Sheriffs, Saratoga County Animal Shelter, Community Emergency Corps, Boy Scout Troop #65, Ballston Spa Pop Warner, Double H Ranch. 13th Annual "The Way We Were" Car Show (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Front Street, downtown Ballston Spa
The 13th Annual "The Way We Were" Car Show takes place, Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 9 am-4-pm. Front Street in Ballston Spa will be closed to traffic in order to showcase hundreds of classic and specialty cars and trucks. There will be food, music and vendors and downtown shops will be open as well. Preregistration information for car exhibitors will be available this summer. Registration fee is $10 per vehicle if paid before October 1, 2015 or $15 day of show. This event is free to spectators.

Ballston Spa Holiday Parade & Tree Lighting (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM)
Downtown Ballston Spa
Ring in the holiday season with our traditional hometown Holiday Parade, Friday December 4, 2015. Step off is at 6:30 pm with the parade processing down Milton Avenue to Wiswall Park on Front and Low Streets. There, Santa will lead the lighting of the village Christmas tree. Prior to the parade, carolers and musicians will be performing on the streets. Shops, restaurants, museums and galleries will be open with holiday-themed happenings as part of First Friday, from 6-9 pm.
