March 2018 BSBPA Newsletter

It’s that time of year when we start to turn the corner, weather-wise, and spring is more than just a rumor!

For the BSBPA, March is when we wrap up our fiscal year and start fresh, looking forward to all our 2018 plans at our Annual Meeting.  It’s something that happens every year, but this year, our 35th Anniversary Community Mixer and Annual Meeting celebrates 35 years of the Association and its homegrown origins, its volunteer-driven initiatives and all the individual business people, residents and non-profit members whose dedication to strengthening and enhancing Ballston Spa over the years has been the driving force behind the renaissance this community has seen.  Read more about this event and please do plan to join us–it’s your celebration, too!

Also in this issue: An upcoming ribbon cutting, information on a fun, new Community Art project, 2018 summer Concert sponsorship opportunities, a Chocolate Fest wrap up, plus lots of local March events, Association and member news.

We would like information and guidelines for birdhouses for the first Village of Ballston Spa Birdhouse Festival at the Iron Springs Park, Saturday, April 21, 2018. Please forward entry form and guidelines at your earliest convenience. I did try both web sites in The Gazette. However, was not able to locate this information. Thank you.
