2023 Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market Vendor Application

The Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market, sponsored by the Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association (BSBPA), runs from June 10 through September 30, 2023. The markets are held on Thursdays from 3-6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm in Wiswall Park on Front Street in the Village of Ballston Spa.  The markets have been serving the local community since 2003. Our mission is to bring together producers and consumers and to promote locally created products.  

New and returning vendors can fill out and submit the application below.  Please be sure to complete all required sections indicated with a *. Please take a moment to read the Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market Bylaws below.

Vendors pay annual BSBPA business membership dues of $160 to participate in the market. If you are a returning vendor and already a BSBPA member, your dues renewal invoice will be sent to you on your anniversary month.  If you are a new vendor, after you submit your application, you can make an online dues payment HERE or mail a check to BSBPA, PO Box 386, Ballston Spa, NY 12020.

Ballston Spa Farmers' Market Vendor Application

  • By submitting this information, I understand the Farmers’ Market Vendor Parking Policy as stated in the Market Bylaws, that all Vendors are asked to unload their products for the market and then move their vehicles to the public parking on Front Street and Charlton Street to allow farmers’ market customers to have parking near the market.
    The Ballston Spa Farmers Market is a community and it takes everyone to make it a success! Vendors will be asked to help with promoting the market and day of market tasks. Please check all above that you would be willing to help with. As they say, many hands makes light work! Thanks for pitching in. Assignments will be made prior to the start of the market:
    Vendor will submit a certificate of insurance, naming the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association as additionally insured. Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association (BSBPA) and its employee, agents, successors and/or assigns, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including property damage or personal injury to Vendor, its agents, employees, guests, successors, and/or assigns, which may occur on or about any part of the Village of Ballston Spa or Saratoga County History Center/Brookside Museum being used for the "Farmers' Market", regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Vendor waives any claim against BSBPA, the Village of Ballston Spa and Saratoga County History Center/Brookside Museum for any liability, damages or expenses arising out of any claim for injury or damage to any person or property of any kind whatsoever, together with all costs in connection with the defense, including attorney's fees. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold BSBPA, its employee, agents, successors and or/assigns harmless in regards to any injury or damage to any third party or property resulting in whole or in part from Vendor's use of or presence at, subject premises. BSBPA reserves the right to refuse Vendors or accept Vendors as it deems appropriate. This contact shall not be assigned without prior written consent.
