On Friday, March 16, we celebrated Ribbon Cuttings for two BSBPA Business Members – A Bead Just So and Nourish Designs.
Kate Fryer of A Bead Just So was celebrating a new look for her bead shop. The store now has a bright and beautiful gift area as well as beading accessories, kits and classes. A Bead Just So has been a staple on Milton Ave for many years and we are so proud of Kate.

We also celebrated a ribbon cutting for Nourish Designs. Nourish Designs grew out of the creative mind of owner Betsy Seplowitz, who combined her love of designing and drawing mandalas with a desire to contribute to the cause of childhood hunger. Betsy’s mandala designs adorn clothing, home goods and stationery items with proceeds from each purchase going to provide nourishing meals to kids in need through the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, which offers programs to serve elementary, middle and high school aged kids.Originally operated as an online only business, Nourish’s new store is now open in the heart of downtown Ballston Spa, filled with her fabulous designs.
