How does that old Frank Sinatra song go? “Autumn in New York, why does it feel so inviting?”

Ballston Spa in the Autumn is the epitome of that song – our big glorious Maple and Oak trees that line so many of our streets turn to the many shades of reds, oranges and yellows. The air is crisp, and there is a different energy floating around. Here at the BSBPA, we are celebrating another successful summer in Ballston Spa – our concerts and movies in the park series’ are over, our beautiful Farmers’ Market is coming to a close at the end of the month and we are looking ahead towards the next few big events we have planned. The 20th Annual “The Way We Were” Car Show is just around the corner on Sunday, October 9th. We will begin working with our BSBPA Business Members to prepare for Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 26 followed by our Annual Holiday Parade on Friday, December 2. We have a lot to look forward to as a community.

The BSBPA is an organization completely run by volunteers — our current board is made up Resident Members, Business Members and Non-Profit members. We are always looking to add to our board and to grow our volunteer list. If you’re interested in learning more about what goes into being a BSBPA Board Member, please click on the button below.

As always, if you have an event you’re planning or participating in, email Dana – we’d love to help you promote it!
