21st Annual “The Way We Were” Car Show Sponsorship Opportunities

The Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association is pleased to present the 21st Annual “The Way We Were” Car Show on Sunday, October 8, 2023 on Front Street in historic Ballston Spa. All proceeds will benefit the many community events and efforts of the BSBPA.  Our rain date for this event will be Sunday, October 15, 2023.

 This year’s show is extra special as the BSBPA is celebrating its 40th year!! Past shows have had over 400 registered cars and many more hundreds of spectators in the Village. As one of the BSBPA’s largest fundraising initiatives we are looking for sponsors to support this fan favorite event.  We are very fortunate to have over 50 volunteers who work on this event each year to make this a great marketing opportunity for your business. Without our sponsors and the many volunteers there would be no show.

We are offering sponsorships at the following levels:

Checkered Flag Sponsor – $1,000.00   Limited to three sponsorships!

1. Prime space at the car show to accommodate a tent and up to two display vehicles.
2. Large Logo on Car Show T-Shirt.
3. Logo on poster.
4. Logo on BSBPA website sponsored events page.
5. Logo on roadside signs.
6. Logo on print advertisement.
7. Logo on sign by trophy table.
8. Social media mentions.
9. Name on major trophy and announced at award presentation with opportunity to present trophy and give brief remarks.
10. 10–15 second business promo on sponsorship loop played every half hour.

Platinum Sponsor – $700.00   Limited availability!

1. Medium Logo on Car Show T-Shirt. 
2. Logo on poster. 
3. Logo on BSBPA website sponsored events page. 
4. Logo on print advertisement.
5. Logo on sign by trophy table.
6. Name on major trophy and announced at award presentation. 
7. 10–15 second business promo on sponsorship loop played every half hour. 
8. Prime vendor space at show, if desired.

Kids Zone Sponsor – $425.00

1. Logo on special signage in Kids Zone.
2. Logo on poster. 
3. Logo on BSBPA website sponsored events page. 
4. Logo on print advertisement.
5. Logo on sign by trophy table.
6. 10–15 second business promo on sponsorship loop played every half hour. 
7. Vendor space in Kids Zone, if desired.

Gold Sponsor – $350.00

1. Small Logo on Car Show T-Shirt.
2. Logo on poster.
3. Logo on BSBPA website sponsored events page.
4. Logo on print advertisement.
5. Logo on sign by trophy table.
6. Name on 1st place trophy and announced at award presentation.
7. 10–15 second business promo on sponsorship loop played every half hour.
8. Assigned vendor space at show, if desired. 

Silver Sponsor – $225.00

1. Name on Car Show T-Shirt.
2. Name on poster. 
3. Name on BSBPA website sponsored events page.  
4. Name on sign by trophy table.
5. Name on 2nd place wall plaque and announced at award presentation. 
6. 10–15 second business promo on sponsorship loop played every half hour. 
7. Assigned vendor space at show, if desired.

Bronze Sponsor – $100.00  

1. Name on poster. 
2. Name on BSBPA website sponsored events page. 
3. Name on sign by trophy table.
4. Business name on sponsorship loop played every half hour. 
5. Assigned vendor space at show, if desired.

Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis.
