2026 “The Way We Were” Car Show 

Vendor Application – NOW CLOSED 9/15/26

The 24th Annual “The Way We Were” Car Show is scheduled to take place in historic Downtown Ballston Spa on Sunday, October 11 from 9am – 4pm. The rain date is October 18, 2026.

We have limited vendor space and suggest submitting your application and payment sooner than later.

Some day-of details to help you plan for your day: Vendor set-up time is 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. We will be parking show cars starting at 6am. The sooner you can be there, the better, as the roads close off quickly. About a week from the show, we will send you detailed instructions of where enter the show from the street listed above your name. There will be a volunteers at roadblock sto let you in. Please plan on staying the entire length of the show — you will not be able to exit until road blocks are removed and cars begin to exit. Tables are not provided-please bring your own.

Vendor Fees are non-refundable.
