Carpe Diem Theater Summer Camp offers an immersive children’s summer day camp at the historic Round Lake Auditorium in Round Lake, New York. This four-week July program introduces young performers to the fundamentals of theater through daily rehearsals, theater games, master classes, and live performances for family and the community.
The program is divided into two age groups: Carpe Diem Kids for students entering grades 2–6 and Summer Stars for students entering grades 7–10. Each group rehearses independently during the first three weeks to prepare its own mainstage production while also participating in cabaret performances and theater workshops. During the final week, all campers and counselors come together for a collaborative tech week, culminating in performances that showcase their creativity, teamwork, and talent.
