Yana Yoga currently offers yoga, meditation, massage therapy, reiki energy healing, assisted stretching for deep release, infrared sauna therapy, and yoga teacher trainings. We will be adding more health and wellness services as time goes on. At Yana Yoga we aim to create a welcoming non-competitive environment for our yoga classes. We encourage our clients “to be where they’re at” and go from there. To listen to their inner wisdom, but to stay open to what our teachers may offer. We have classes for all levels except advanced.
