The Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association will be hosting its  2023 Community Mixer and Annual Meeting on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 6-8 pm at Next Door Kitchen & Bar, 51 Front Street. The evening will begin with a social hour at 6 pm, including a cash bar and an array of Next Door’s tempting hot and cold appetizers followed by the official meeting at 7 pm. Our Annual Meeting and Mixer is an opportunity for members and non-members to socialize, review BSBPA accomplishments and look forward to the upcoming year. This event typically draws between 75-100 attendees.

The BSBPA is offering two levels of sponsorship opportunities for our members.

Event Underwriters ($175)-  Back by popular demand!, each underwriter will have a signature drink that evening named after their business.  Event sponsorship at this level includes business name or logo in marketing efforts such social media (Facebook and Twitter), email communications, placement on the ballston.org website, prominent display at event entry, prime placement status in the event program, multiple mentions of your business and support during the event, and one ticket to the event.

Table Sponsorship ($50) –  Table sponsorships are available at $50 each and will include advertising in a table sign that represents your business or organization, along with the inclusion of your logo/business name on the ballston.org website, in the meeting program and multiple mentions of your business and support during the event. 

There is no obligation at either sponsor level for you to provide guests to fill a table, although we certainly encourage you and your guests to attend.
