2026 Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market

The Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market, sponsored by the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association (BSBPA), will run from June 13 through October 3, 2026. The market is held Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Wiswall Park on Front Street, located in the heart of the Village of Ballston Spa.

Serving the community since 2003, the Farmers’ Market’s mission is to bring together local producers and consumers while promoting locally grown, raised, and handcrafted products.

Vendor Applications

Both new and returning vendors are welcome to apply. Vendors may either:

2026 Vendor Fee Structure

We’re excited to introduce a new vendor fee structure for the 2026 season:

$20 per market for vendors who prefer not to commit to the full season
FREE for BSBPA Members
- Annual BSBPA membership is $185

- Covers the entire 2026 market season

By submitting this information, I understand the Farmers’ Market Vendor Parking Policy as stated in the Market Bylaws, that all Vendors are asked to unload their products for the market and then move their vehicles to the public parking on Front Street and Charlton Street to allow farmers’ market customers to have parking near the market.

Markets are held every Saturday from 9am-1pm. If you would like to come to the market on an every other week schedule, a limited season schedule or attend a full season but have a date or two you cannot attend, please describe.

The Ballston Spa Farmers Market is a community and it takes everyone to make it a success! All Market Vendors will be required to cross-promote on Social Media (re-post and share BSBPA Market Posts or supply BSBPA Promotions Committee with Social Media content). Please check all above that you would be willing to help with. As they say, many hands makes light work! Thanks for pitching in. Assignments will be made prior to the start of the market.
Hold Harmless/Insurance Certificate*

Vendor will submit a certificate of insurance, naming the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association as additionally insured. Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association (BSBPA) and its employee, agents, successors and/or assigns, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including property damage or personal injury to Vendor, its agents, employees, guests, successors, and/or assigns, which may occur on or about any part of the Village of Ballston Spa being used for the "Farmers' Market", regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Vendor waives any claim against BSBPA, the Village of Ballston Spa for any liability, damages or expenses arising out of any claim for injury or damage to any person or property of any kind whatsoever, together with all costs in connection with the defense, including attorney's fees. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold BSBPA, its employee, agents, successors and or/assigns harmless in regards to any injury or damage to any third party or property resulting in whole or in part from Vendor's use of or presence at, subject premises. BSBPA reserves the right to refuse Vendors or accept Vendors as it deems appropriate. This contact shall not be assigned without prior written consent.

All products must comply with the requirements of NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets, Saratoga County Board of Health and The Ballston Spa Farmers' Market Bylaws. All products must be grown, raised or created by the vendor unless they meet the bylaw exceptions and permission has been granted. All prepared foods must use local products if they are available. Vendors are required to have all necessary licenses and permits for selling goods. Home bakers/processors must submit a copy of NYS Ag & Market Home Processor certification. The Ballston Spa Farmers' Market is sponsored by the Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association (BSBPA).
All vendors must pay the Market Vendor Fee: $20/Market Day; Free with a BSBPA Membership ($185); or $250 as a non-BSBPA member for the entire season.
I acknowledge that consistent attendance is expected per the market bylaws. It is also part of each vendor’s responsibility to their fellow vendors in making the market a success for everyone!
