July Networking Breakfast at The Performance Sanctuary
Start your morning by making new connections and prioritizing wellness at the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association’s July Networking Breakfast, hosted by The Performance Sanctuary on Tuesday, July 7, from 8:00–9:30 a.m.
This unique networking event offers an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals from the Ballston Spa community while experiencing one of the area’s most innovative wellness spaces.
The Performance Sanctuary is a counseling and wellness center dedicated to helping individuals slow down, recharge, and step away from the demands of everyday life. During the breakfast, guests are invited to explore a variety of restorative amenities, including:
- Cold plunge
- Vibration plate
- Red light therapy
- Infrared sauna domes with PEMF mats
- Ceragem massage beds
- Massage chair
- Normatec compression boots
- Salt room
- Vibroacoustic meditation cushions

Please note: Guests are asked to remove their shoes upon entering the Sanctuary. Please bring socks for your comfort.
